Wood Construction and Finishes
- ¾-inch plywood frames.
- Open-base end panels: ¾-inch plywood core faced on both sides with ¼-inch oak veneer plywood; nominal total thickness 1¼ inches.
- Top and end caps: ¾-inch solid oak.
- Standard stains: Black, Cherry, Dark Mahogany, Natural, and Walnut.
- Custom stain matching and special finish applications are available.
- Finished outside backs are standard on single booths through 72 inches and available on half-circle booths, three-quarter-circle booths, and wall benches.
- Upholstered seat pads are recommended on wood booths to reduce surface wear.
Back-Pad and Beadboard Options
- Back pads: Plain, 3-Channel, 6-Channel, 12-Channel, and Sewn Button Tuft.
- Default back pad placement is centered and 4 inches from the edge; other sizes and positions are available.
- Beadboard runs horizontally as standard; vertical orientation can be specified on the purchase order.
- Booths wider than 48 inches will have a beadboard seam.
